Meet Anttu! 

Hi, thank you for being here. If your child has been exposed to domestic violence, abuse, or traumatic family situations, it’s important to recognize the profound impact these experiences can have on their life. They may face challenges such as anxiety, difficulty in learning, or struggles in forming relationships. I also have specialized training in supporting  children and families coping with the complexities of racial or identity trauma, including issues like racialized bullying or feelings of isolation due to perceived differences.

My focus is also on helping  families experiencing significant changes stemming from race, family violence, and intergenerational trauma. In therapy we work together to improve the family dynamics, improve boundaries, and foster deeper connections within your family unit. A key aspect of my approach is addressing how broader systemic issues might affect your family’s interactions and your children’s behavior.
